Let's get acquainted!
My name is Natalia and as a psychotherapist, I specialize in supporting people who find themselves in difficult, confusing, or frightening life situations — whether it’s a major turning point like divorce, relocation, or retirement, or such long-standing mental health issues as personality disorders or addictions.
I hold master’s degrees in physical culture and practical psychology, and later continued my studies at the University of Salzburg, completing both the basic and clinical training in Existential Analysis under Dr. Alfried Längle.
Over the years, I’ve worked with people of different ages and backgrounds, helping them face life’s turning points and emotional challenges. A big part of my experience comes from my time at the Maimonides Center in Vienna, where I supported elderly clients and took part in research on geriatric psychotherapy. During that time, I also completed training in gerontopsychosocial counseling and became a certified gerontologist. This helped me develop a deeper understanding of how aging, mental health, and questions of meaning are often closely connected.
Later on, I worked with families at the Most Psychotherapy Center in the Czech Republic — an experience that expanded my perspective on how different generations carry and respond to emotional difficulty, especially in times of crisis or change.
Today, I continue to integrate these experiences into my work. Alongside my private practice at Hic et Nunc Therapy, I also offer online sessions through Thrive, a UK-based mental well-being platform, and provide therapeutic support at Maják Psychotherapy Center in the Czech Republic. Across all these spaces, my focus remains the same: to meet people where they are and help them navigate what matters most — with clarity, honesty, and care.

My Philosophy
Existential Analysis is a therapeutic approach guiding individuals toward a deeper understanding of themselves and their place in the world. Rooted in exploring fundamental existential questions of choice, duty, freedom, and responsibility, EA encourages self-awareness and meaningful living.
In Hic et Nunc Therapy, the focus is on integrating EA’s principles into daily life, empowering you to take responsibility and live fully and freely up to your liking.
The approach invites you to explore the depth of human experience and confront life’s uncertainties with courage, fostering a deeper understanding of how to build a life where you actively shape your future through the choices you make today. By beginning this journey right here and now, you open the door authenticity and life fulfillment.
